Managing Your Influx of Emails

I constantly hear that people have challenges keeping up with email. Different people have different approaches. Matt Rand and I have recently adopted a task management tool called Producteev (Producteev.com) that integrates with email very nicely so we don’t manage tasks out of email anymore – we actually have a task manager to help us prioritize.
